Hydronic heating powered by electric reversible air-to-water heat pump can provide cooling without compromising efficiency and air quality.

Heat pump used for cooling employs the same basic refrigeration-type cycle principle used by a refrigerator. As the outside temperature rises then the heat pump becomes even more economical to run.

Cooling can be delivered through:

  • Your slab, using the same pipes that provide heating during winter,
